Catherine Engmann

Catherine Engmann is a Chartered Governance Professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, particularly in multinational listed public limited companies and regulated entities.

She has a track record of successfully managing a full range of regulatory, governance, and core company secretarial activities. Catherine is adept at Corporate Governance training, conducting Board evaluations, and serving as an experienced Non-Executive Director on various Boards.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from University of Westminster and a graduate of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.  She is also a certified John Maxwell Coach and Trainer and Certified Culture Transformation Consultant among others.

Catherine has served in several capacities and provided her services to institutions such as the British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC (UK), Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC (UK), and Mouchel Group PLC (UK) and Platinum Board Services (Accra), among others.

She sits on the board of Affinity Ghana Savings & Loans, and has previously served as the Country Managing Director for Sirdar Ghana Limited.

 Catherine has expertise in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and board management across diverse sectors and geographies. Her hands-on experience and leadership skills make her a valuable asset in driving organizational growth and governance excellence.
